Goals and Objectives
GOAL 1:provide the students opportunities to exchange experiences, develop skills, and to get exposed to different cultures in the world; through the development of students exchange (Undergraduate); in order to provide the students new experiences through the openness to other regional & global universities in various disciplines.
Objectives
- Provide Medical students, Students exchange programs accredited for a month with international universities; the thing that provide opportunities for students to practice medicine in various parts all over the world.
- Encourage social activities through the different students exchange programs and introduce students to the social and cultural dimension of the host country.
- Introduce different health problems to the students at the host country.
- Helping students to open channels of international communications and make worldwide friendships.

Creating a base of research students in different disciplines, especially the outstanding student to encourage them to participate in student exchange program, which will contribute to their personal development and develop their concept of scientific research.
GOAL 2: provide medical students with an opportunity to participate in well organized and supervised students exchange programs through strengthen the faculty student exchange programs:
Objectives
- The distribution of leaflets with the available opportunities to the faculty students and the incoming students.
- Update and develop the office website (ISEO).
- Establish a data base of the available opportunities.
- Establish and update a mailing list to all applying and interested students in the office website.
- Create a Facebook group about the office (ISEO).
- Create detailed programs in a systematic way and determine the educational goals of each program (ILOS).
- Assign Program exchange coordinators at each department for the reception of the incoming students.
- Set a plan in order to market the faculty programs at both levels the regional and the global.
- The development of the evaluation and feedback system for each program.
GOAL 3: Provide distinctive opportunities for the faculty students by exposing them to different educational and cultural experiences in addition to the regular medical curriculum.

- Develop the educational and cultural dimension for students through the exposure to different educational methods all over the world.

GOAL 4: To increase the academic, training and cultural quality of the exchange programs either at the clinical or pre-clinical stage.
Objectives
- Put rules and principles to develop and update the quality of academic content of the exchange programs.
- Assessment of the exchange programs through modals of evaluation for students and the supervisors on the programs.
- Increase the international cooperation and set principles for evaluation and feedback through the students after completion of their training program.
- Embrace means of academic quality by cooperating with the international universities that had signed on agreements of cooperation and understanding.
GOAL 5: Improve the current exchange application procedure and the ways of choosing the students.
Objectives
- Develop and update the online registration on the faculty website.
- Develop the organizational chart of the student exchange office.
- Establish a data base.
GOAL 6: Create an integrated and unified database for the students that benefits from the students exchange. (as one of the important criteria in classifying the university between the international universities).
